Same combination with us and we specified 33k for 163m2 (according to the general contractor it will probably be a bit less, but for the application it only makes sense to state a higher amount).
Will it probably be possible to extend the approval period next year if the heating engineer is not finished?
Then with our 192 sqm and around 28k we are significantly lower. I think I will raise that as well.
Completion must take place within 6 months after receiving the funding decision. One can also apply informally for an extension of another 12 months (but this must definitely be done). I think with 1.5 years one can manage.
However, this statement from BAfA makes me suspicious:
„[...]The planned measures must be implemented at one's own financial risk within 6 months. This means that the registration must have taken place in 2020. The work can still be carried out until 30.06.21. The proof of use must also be submitted by 30.06.21 at the latest. [...]“
Does this mean that the usual extension beyond the 6 months is no longer possible?
