I have 2 more questions?

1. I haven’t received an offer from the heating installer yet, which is urgently needed. How can this be handled?
2. Where can I enter the plot number? The form only offers the following option:

The street name is present, but no number. Should I simply enter the plot number as the number? For example 98/16?

How does a Bafa application proceed if you haven’t carried out a tender yet? I have to specify some costs, right? Or can the costs be corrected after submitting the application?

How does the application process actually work for an air-to-water heat pump + controlled residential ventilation? Is it handled together through the application for the air-to-water heat pump? Where do you even specify the actual controlled residential ventilation?

1. An offer must necessarily be included. Otherwise, the application will be rejected. It is not necessary that the heating system from the offer is installed later, i.e., the final invoice may differ from the offer (however, both the offered and the installed heating system must be eligible for funding).

2. Unfortunately, I do not know that. When I applied for funding through Vaillant’s subsidy service, I simply provided the designation of the new development area (the street does not yet exist) and the plot number. If necessary, I would recommend asking BAfA.
