Regarding 1. The offer must necessarily be included. Otherwise, the application will be rejected. However, the heating system from the offer does not have to be installed later on, meaning the final invoice can differ from the offer (both the offered and the installed heating systems must be eligible for funding).

Regarding 2. Unfortunately, I do not know. When I used the Vaillant funding service, I simply provided the name of the new development area (the street did not exist yet) and the plot number. You might want to ask BAfA about this.

See above. The final invoice may differ completely from the offer submitted with the application. However, it is important that both heating systems (from the offer and final invoice) meet the funding criteria.

Read through my thread:

gave some valuable tips there.

Offers for air-to-water heat pump + controlled residential ventilation must then be submitted together with the application.

okay, but the application states the installation costs and additional costs, which must be filled out by hand.
How are these to be filled out?

My heating engineer wanted to give me a rough figure now (because it's the end of the year) and then send the concrete offer in January, so that is not possible?

Regarding deep drilling: offer available, but I can only provide the proof for the insurance once it starts, how should one deal with that?
According to the application, this must be submitted with the application?

If the heating system is allowed to deviate, I also don't understand why one has to specify the exact type there or the annual performance factor, since all that can still change, right?

best regards

But do I then need concrete offers? From which trades, exactly?

Additionally:
The funding amount cannot be increased later on.
So if the actual invoice is higher than what was applied for, you only receive the applied-for amount.

The offers must be available to you, but they do NOT need to be submitted with the application. They must be available and if Bafa wants to see them, you have to submit them. See current screenshot from the form ...
