Yes, that is possible. It can be combined as long as you do not use KfW EE subsidies. So combination of

old BAFA with

KfW 55 or KfW 55 NH or KfW 40 or KfW 40 NH

Exactly, yesterday I got everything sorted out at my place. You just can't claim any [EE] and you get your normal 120k and you can choose repayment or refund.

How come they don’t accept anything anymore?
Basically, the conditions are the same but what’s nonsense is that the interest rate will only be published on 1.07.
That’s why I took the old one, so I don’t experience any surprises anymore.
I still haven’t received a response on my [bafa] extension, if they don’t extend it, will you get that in writing?
