It is also about an overall argument as to why such delays occurred through no fault of our own.

Hello,
I finally wanted to submit everything today.
Two questions in the form make me nervous:
Commingling, where you are asked if KfW 153 was used for the measure. Specifically, does that mean whether money from the KfW loan was used for this system or whether the 153 loan was used at all for the construction of the house? My understanding was that both are allowed as long as the eligible costs of Bafa were not paid from the 153 pot, right?
Then I would have to mark here in point 3 "Nothing else used," is that the correct logic for the gentlemen?

And the second question would be, what do they mean by tax-deductible (which is the very next question in the form)

Best regards

Have you already received feedback from Bafa regarding the extension? Our deadline is also approaching and we will probably not make it on time.

I was asked to provide a detailed explanation for the delay. I did so and uploaded a letter with several attachments, e.g. emails from the wastewater management company (due to the massive delay in the development) on the BAFA page before the end of last year. About a week ago, I only received a kind of acknowledgment of receipt. It stated that the documents had been received, were with the specialist department, and were being reviewed, but as usual, due to high workload, it might still take some time. But now that the pump has finally been delivered and everything is running smoothly, I will barely manage to complete the implementation within the already approved period.

Keep your fingers crossed that the heat pump will be installed this week and then commissioned promptly, so that the measure is de facto "completed."

I am already looking into the documents for the proof of use. I have a few questions about that:

1) It says that the proof of use can only be filled out once. At the beginning, I have to enter my login data. Can I try out the online form without submitting it at the end? Or do I have to complete it once I have entered my login data because otherwise it won’t work anymore?

2) I am building with a general contractor (GU), meaning I do not receive invoices from the specialized companies. Is the form "confirmation of the developer" instead of the individual invoices plus the respective specialized company declarations the correct way here? Or do the specialized contractors have to issue separate invoices to me (I assume in my name)? Or does the GU have to issue me separate invoices just for the measure (normally I only receive interim invoices)?

2a) For the variant "construction with a developer," you have to fill out the receipt list. I understand it as you have to fill out one line per heat generator. In my case, I only have the heat pump + drilling – which I think counts as one combined heat generator. However, this was carried out by several specialized companies. How do I fill out the "payment date" field in this one line? That is rather abstract for a GU. I don’t pay specifically for the heating but rather in installments...?

3) The loan runs through the old KfW-153 program. The simultaneous use was allowed in this combination; the heating just wasn’t allowed to be paid from the KfW funds: Do I have to prove this, and if so – how?

3a) The point "cumulation of other public funds": Do I have to indicate here that I am receiving additional funds (KfW-153) for the measure? How was it for you?

Regarding point 3, I can't say anything, but I can't imagine that it can be combined. To achieve the class, the heat pump is usually required and thus promoted. When handling through the general contractor, the explanation from the general contractor is sufficient. Only if you have commissioned cost blocks yourself do you need individual receipts. Take a look at the form; you probably don't have to keep your fingers crossed so tightly anymore. As long as you have a general contractor who confirms the timely commissioning, it probably doesn't matter if the heating actually runs only 2 days later than required. You still have a month after commissioning to upload the documents. It takes some time until it is checked and possibly someone comes by.
