Isn't the annual performance factor calculation the only document that must be uploaded during the application? I think I saw that this document can be created on another site by providing the pump. On this site, the installer must sign?

Only when the subcontractor has been commissioned is it too late. So a contract with the main contractor is not a problem. yes, the annual performance factor proof is the most important. However, an offer should still be available. So far, there is no known case here where the offer was requested afterwards, but the BAFA reserves the right to do so. So better to have an offer with the corresponding content in it... the one where the heating technician has to sign comes after the execution of the work. That is a form and is called Fachunternehmererklärung

I just checked the form again. It states that with this application a separate calculation of the annual performance factor or JHZ is included.

At the latest when you select [flächenzeizung] and electric at the bottom, a field for the annual performance factor according to VDI appears. These are all mandatory fields... but this annual performance factor is again dependent on the supply/return temperature! There is a special form that calculates this.

The one the heating engineer has to sign comes after the work is done. It is a form called specialist contractor declaration

We did not count on the Bafa funding at all in the financing etc., but if it works out, we won’t say no and will have more money for our outdoor area.

Exactly the one I mean, but it has to be signed by heizi, right? At least it says bottom right, stamp and signature. Who filled this out for you? Are only the supply/return temperatures relevant for the invoice?
