Hmm, I'm a bit annoyed with myself. Despite reading the information sheet 100 times, I submitted the application incorrectly. I entered the costs of the ventilation system as ancillary costs. According to the information sheet, however, it should have been included in the equipment costs.
Since the hotline is famously completely shut down, I'm unsure what to do. Should I get this changed unbureaucratically at BAFA, or submit a new application and then have the first one canceled?
Are there any experiences from the last days/weeks about how long BAFA takes to respond to the contact form?
I still have the order for the BAFA-eligible heat pump lying here at home and hesitate to send it to the general contractor. Luckily, nothing is happening with the construction in this regard anymore anyway. The heating guy already said he wanted to start preparing for vacation from the beginning of next week.
I received my funding notice today.
Application on 30.11.2020
Contact via form: 07.12.2020
Receipt of letter for clarification procedure due to duplicate application: 17.12.2020
Our response: 31.12.2020
Funding notice: 18.01.2021
All in all, I find the processing times pretty good considering the flood of applications at the end of the year and Corona.
I mistakenly applied for €24,000 equipment costs and €16,000 ancillary costs for the controlled residential ventilation. Correctly, it should have been €40,000 equipment costs for the heat pump and controlled residential ventilation with €0 ancillary costs.
I have now received a notice for €40,000 total costs (with €40,000 eligible funding costs) which is not further broken down into equipment costs and ancillary costs. Is this actually the result I wanted to achieve?
Does anyone have a funding notice where costs were differentiated into equipment/ancillary costs, or do they not care in the end and only the total amount counts? I feel like I'm worrying way too much again...
