Has anyone seen or have at home such a heat pump-controlled residential ventilation combo from a manufacturer? I can imagine that in practice it is also two devices operated together with the control module of the heat pump. If one of the two breaks down, the other should remain operable alone with relatively little effort.

Oh, I see. For example, we have the Vaillant Arotherm and Vaillant RecoVair, which are fundamentally autonomous from each other. They are subsequently combined via a BUS system, so that controlled residential ventilation is also eligible for funding.

Quick question, if you have received an offer from company A, have submitted the application to Bafa with it, and company A then backs out, goes bankrupt, etc., can you still easily have the system installed by company B? Or is that then no longer possible?

How is it if company B installs a different system? Do you still receive the applied-for funding? (Yes, if the costs increase, you are out of luck, but if they remain roughly the same?) Thanks!

Yes. Changing the heating installer (for whatever reason) is not a problem.

What are your eligible investment costs and the associated ancillary costs?

We come to 28.3 thousand EUR including 19% VAT + ancillary costs (for the foundation). The ancillary costs have not yet been quantified.

With us the same combination and we stated 33k for 163m2 (according to the general contractor it will probably be a bit less, but for the application it only makes sense to state it higher).

Will it be possible to extend the approval period next year if the heating installer is not finished?
