You can extend once by 12 months, "if necessary." Surely there will always be some way to justify that. Everyone believes delays in construction (and it's usually not even fabricated). You have 6 months after the approval period expires to upload the proof of use. However, I think the measure itself must still have been implemented within the - possibly extended - approval period.

I also think it just makes me nervous, since the stuff is expiring and they adjust their extensions, I would expect anything. The ch also has to have the heating running until 11.2.2022 ... Construction start is 1.7/8.2021 so it's also a tight thing ...

Provided you can combine both. That would of course be awesome. But isn't it the case that you MUST take the 150k loan and then can decide whether repayment or grant? I think there was something like that..

I think you are a bit mixed up right now.

KfW 153 until 30.06. (old): 120,000 EUR loan minus 25% repayment grant; the loan must be taken.

KfW 261 from 01.07 (new): 150,000 EUR loan minus 25% repayment grant; the loan must be taken.
or
KfW 461 from 01.07 (new): Only a grant of up to 37,500 EUR is granted. Taking out a loan is therefore not required.

What exactly is required now for a KfW 40 Plus EEH to meet the requirements of the EE- or NH-package is not yet clear in detail. Currently, however, it can be assumed that when building a single-family house with timber frame/wood frame construction, the requirements of the NH package are met and thus 37,500 EUR is granted.

Okay, so 153 is being replaced, now I wonder if I can claim the full amount with my massive building according to KfW 40 plus or not, and no one can answer me -.-

The leaflet to be published will be able to tell you that. However, your solid construction certainly cannot score points when it comes to sustainability :D
