Take another look at the information sheet [Merkblatt] for this. In new construction with a heat pump, practically all costs are system costs. Additional costs are almost zero.

Thank you for the quick info, I will review it again. You also stated 10k for [Elektrik]. Can I then include everything necessary for [Smarthome] like switches, routers, network technology in general, and cables? That would be pretty crazy..

Network rather not. Just google "Bafa KNX hager". You'll find a nice compilation there.

The principle is the same even without KNX. Anything other than KNX is too expensive for me...

My plan is to build on HomeAssistant and then do everything via MQTT/REST using switches like Shelly/Sonoff with Tasmota. That makes it incredibly cheap - in my opinion.
