Was BEG applied for before the conclusion of LuL contracts? Which efficiency house standard is to be promoted?

So, I called the BAFA today and asked for my application number. At first, my heart stopped because the lady said she couldn't find anything under my data. After 5 minutes of searching, we realized it was listed under the construction site.

With the case number, I have now applied for an extension using the text from and via the contact form. Let's see what comes of it.

Unfortunately, I no longer understand the funding programs and abbreviations. I hope someone can help me. I have read the FAQs on the KfW and BAFA websites but didn't understand due to the numerous abbreviations. I replaced my heating system with the old BAFA program 430 (MAP €50,000 costs 45% funding). Now I want to renew the windows, automate the roller shutters, and insulate the attic with individual measures through BAFA (funding 20%). Am I eligible for these programs? The BAFA programs are still ongoing, unlike the KfW programs, correct?

I also have a question. I was just about to submit everything to the BAFA and am facing the following "problem" and want to avoid misunderstandings with the authority from the very beginning ;)
I received a large final invoice from the heating engineer, which of course also includes items that are not eligible for funding. Unfortunately, the line at BAFA is not sufficient to indicate all eligible items at once. Do you think there will be complaints if I submit it like this:

If you replace an oil heating system with a heat pump in an existing building following a renovation plan, a subsidy of 50% would be possible, right?
However, to use a heat pump properly, the old radiators would have to be removed, underfloor heating installed, and the windows replaced.

Would you then get these 50% on EVERYTHING related to the heat pump? Also the removal of the flooring and installation of the new flooring including material costs?

My goodness, in the future I will completely avoid anything that has BAFA on it! Today they contacted me for the 3rd time and want the Fachunternehmererklärung and the invoice from me. In 3 months they will probably get in touch again and want something else and unfortunately will not be able to process the case any further in the meantime.
