EM also individual measures do not apply to new buildings.

I assume that in the first half year you can apply for the old KfW funding or the new one. However, the new one only without the old Bafa. The old one also with it. Only in this way does it still make sense. The old one is better if you also consider controlled residential ventilation and smart home.

I see it similarly. Although the woman at the KfW hotline confirmed today that the bafa expires by the end of the year.

Hm, I’m a bit annoyed with myself. Despite reading the instruction sheet 100 times, I submitted the application incorrectly. I entered the costs of the ventilation system as incidental costs. According to the instruction sheet, however, it should have been included in the plant costs as eligible costs.

But since the hotline is famously completely shut down, I’m unsure what to do. Should I get it changed unbureaucratically at BAFA, or submit a new application and then have the first one canceled?

Are there any experiences from the last days/weeks regarding how long BAFA takes to respond to the contact form?

I still have the order for the BAFA-eligible heat pump here at home and hesitate to send it out to the general contractor. Luckily, nothing is happening on the construction site in this regard anyway. The heating technician already said he wanted to start preparing for vacation at the beginning of next week.

Thank you for the hint. Maybe it protects some from a wrong application. Hopefully, you can still correct it. Unfortunately, I can't help you further.

In new buildings with heat pumps, after rereading the Bafa leaflet, all costs are system costs, right? Heat pump plus piping to the heating circuit distributor, foundation, controlled residential ventilation, smart home. Wall penetrations might still be incidental costs even if they are listed under fuel storage, right? But that would be rather negligible anyway, since you can already reach the 50k€ quite well with the system costs.
