Hello everyone, I am completely lost here. We are currently in the final phase of clarifying the details of the floor plan with the architect. A KFW55 single-family house with LWWP is planned. Construction start spring/early summer. By when do I have to apply for which subsidy to get the optimum out of it? If someone who has an overview could communicate this to me in two lines, I would be very grateful. Greetings

from what I have gathered, you have to submit the application to [BAFA] by 31.12. I also believe [KFW], since the new program only starts there from 01.07 and can no longer be combined with the [Bafa].

Do I understand this correctly. For half a year, there is nothing at all?

That's how I picked it up in several forums. It's due to some EU decision.

Nothing is wrong, KFW 153 continues normally up to and including 06/21. However, the future KFW premiums (2.5%, replacement for BAFA) only from 07/21 onwards and the current BAFA is completely canceled between 01/21 and 07/21.
