Yeah, that's what it says, but my heating engineer didn't get in touch with me and BAFA doesn't contact me either, so I'm waiting to see if anything comes, and then my installer will get the letter.
In my opinion, it is not stated like that. The funding requirements specify that a quality check must be contractually agreed with the plumber after 1 year of operation.
This is then verified during the application process via the specialist contractor declaration (point 7). There, the plumber must confirm that the contractual agreement exists.
Even back then, I couldn't find anything stating that specific results from this 1-year inspection were expected.
Also, nothing about this is mentioned in the supplementary provisions to the funding notification.
So, nothing more will come of it.
This does not affect the fact that all documents must be kept for 7 (?) years, because BAFA can conduct audits during this period.
