BAFA Funding - What Waiting Time Is Realistic?

Is there a phone number where I can reach the Bafa? I looked on the internet but the only numbers I find are useless and I just can’t get through, always just press 1 for... 2 for...!!!!

I have uploaded all invoices and the entrepreneur declaration to my Bafa account/portal, I also received the consent notice a few weeks ago but in the Bafa portal under "Status" it only says "received"?!

What is all this supposed to mean now and the application is from 13.08.2022!!!!

I can't tell you that. But I can tell you that our EEE said that you practically can't call the BAFA because you never get through. I would wait or write an email.

Update - Application has been approved. Duration approx. 5 months : )

So I am amazed, I happened to check today and indeed our application from 27.1.2023 has already been approved. No idea for how long. That is something positive. However, I hardly have any invoices to upload yet, the craftsmen have only just started.

Here too! Submitted on 11.1. Even before the start of the construction work!!! :)

We also received the approval for our heat pump today. Application submitted on 9.1. - We changed the device again last week and applied for the refrigerant bonus, maybe that triggered something :)
