You have to do the deduction differently! Combining is something different from double funding, you have to repay the max. 50k€ anyway with another loan, otherwise you end up with nothing at all, be sure to note that!

Often it is the case that you cannot precisely track which item is paid with which money. You usually receive the KfW funds together with the loan from the house bank.

So that's exactly what I was told, but for all classes, whether 55, 40, or 40 plus, there are just more % after the EE classes (15%, 20%, 25%). There's simply more repayment because there is no substitute for the heat pump subsidy, €37,500 for the 40 plus variant. With the old combo, we're €10,000 better off... I would definitely get that in writing and give feedback here, that would be super cool, then I'll wait another 2 months, but honestly, I just can't imagine it no matter how hard I try.

I specifically asked about that, the bank can control that upon request and I would insist on it, authorities can get very unpleasant on bad days

Would mean 25% of 120k€ = 30k and thus exactly the same as the current program. The difference would be that you can also have it paid out in cash. It comes out the same then.. provided the BAFA application is approved.
