In the application, only a formal distinction is made between equipment costs and incidental costs. Is that what you mean? The BAFA information sheet quite clearly explains what is to be understood by equipment costs and incidental costs. If you have now grouped some items under incidental costs, but according to the information sheet they should be assigned to equipment costs, then you might not receive funding for those. Maybe that can still be changed. When did you receive the grant notice?
Own question: We want to have a heat pump promoted together with ventilation (new building) and have therefore fully utilized the 50k. The grant notice now lists the promoted measure exclusively as "heat pump." Does that in any way affect the eligibility of the ventilation (which is, of course, somehow controlled/regulated together with the heat pump)?
