I have just submitted the application for extension in the appropriate contact form. The reason for me is the delay in development and supply problems of building materials. My Bew period would normally expire at the end of January 22. Let's see if I receive an answer before Christmas.

I have sent the following wording via the contact form and by priority letter:

Dear Sir or Madam, In connection with the above-mentioned case, I request an extension of the approval period by 12 months due to delays in the construction process. Please confirm the extension.

As mentioned, after two or three weeks I followed up by phone and then the confirmation came.

I applied for the 12-month extension last week and also reported a model change. The confirmation for the extension came a week later. Reason: delay in the construction process

Has anyone already completed everything and has the money in their account? Maybe that person can describe the last steps during commissioning. I once read somewhere that you also have to submit a maintenance contract. Can someone confirm that? Does anyone have experience with how the KfW.55 subsidy works? You are not allowed to exceed the total costs with the subsidy, is any proof required for that?

I received an email with the information that the confirmation of the extension will arrive by mail in the next few weeks. I cautiously read this as meaning that the application will be approved. :)
