No. That doesn't work. You can build 40 Plus, but you are only allowed to apply for a maximum of KfW 40 with or without NH.

In the KfW funding, no EE component is allowed.

Yes, the info came in writing and by phone directly from KfW.

Hello everyone, does anyone happen to know if the model of the heat pump and the calculation of the annual performance factor can still be changed afterwards.

The heat pump we planned is apparently not available for the foreseeable future.
The application from December was approved in February, fortunately I had indicated enough excess price-wise.

As far as I remember, it doesn't matter; it just has to be an eligible model.

Actually, it would be best to specify the maximum amount since you don't know what else might be added. In our case, a controlled residential ventilation system was also added, as well as the temperature control via the brine-water heat pump.

Whether you have to stick with the model, I do not know. I am reading along with interest.

Can be changed. Just has to be eligible for funding.
