Okay I missed that, so with KfW 40+ you are screwed, since there will only be a grant of 7,500€ then. I don't understand how the good people can say that the grants remain the same

How do you get to the 7,500€? Do you mean that 37,500 is "only" 7,500 more than the 30 that were available before?

If the annual performance factor no longer has to be 4.5 for that, it wouldn't be so bad after all?!

50k for a heat pump for KFW40+?
That sounds to me somehow very oversized.
Most of the time you read numbers around 20k for the heat pump + 10k for the ventilation?!

You reach 50k€ with foundation, heat pump, controlled residential ventilation, smart home,...

You can receive funding of up to 50k. This includes drilling, pump, controlled residential ventilation, and even BUS systems (Smart Home) e.g. weather stations, etc...

For me, it would currently be a loss-making deal given the difference of 7500€ - 12,500€ that I would receive from the BAFA this year (36k costs), so 5000€ additional costs according to the new principle. And if I’m not even sure that I can apply for the KFW 153 until June, I am simply completely confused..
