So I have now read up on it again. It states in the checklist for the application that cost estimates must be submitted...

One more question. Is the controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery also eligible for funding in the case of a brine heat pump? So even if it is not a combined unit. I only know of air-water heat pumps that are combined in one device with controlled residential ventilation.

They must be available, but you don’t have to submit them right away ;) The question here is whether offers with later dates will fail or if the BAFA will approve them. Controlled residential ventilation must be able to interact with the WPL, keyword bus systems such as KNX or similar.

Yes, the BUS system is available just like controlled residential ventilation. The only question is which parts are now eligible for funding? Both from KNX and controlled residential ventilation.

all parts of the KNX that are related to the heating. Keyword shading -> blinds actuators, binary actuators for read contacts of the windows, glass buttons (with temperature sensor) weather station, visualization (panel) and usually also a Gira X1, for example.
I am not sure about presence detectors, so quite a lot.
For the heat pump and controlled residential ventilation there are also KNX interface devices, so everything is covered and you can of course also specify those.

It should be mentioned that KNX is not necessarily required to combine heat pumps and controlled residential ventilation systems from different manufacturers. Some form of control that can logically link both devices is sufficient. An example would be a Raspberry Pi, which is either connected to the devices via LAN or connected to the SG-Ready interface via a GPIO interface.

We have a similar problem. We are about to sign the house contract - so we do not yet have a heating load calculation or anything similar.

Can my GU nevertheless simply request an offer on a speculative basis, which BAFA then has to accept? The sticking point is the annual performance factor calculation without the heating load, right? Or is that not a problem.
