How long does the processing currently take? I submitted all applications 2 months ago and still have not received any feedback. Calling/emailing there is pointless ...

I submitted my declaration of proof of use in mid-April. So far, I have not received any feedback. After entering the MAP number, you are only told by an automated message over the phone that it is still being processed. I suspect that many declarations of proof of use are currently coming in, as many applicants from the end of 2020 have now completed their projects. So be patient....

Our construction project is now completed and we are about to submit our documents. Does anyone have experience with how to handle Smart-Home invoices during the submission? Is lin0r87 still following? I remember you also wrote something about Smart-Home with KNX here in the thread back then.

So far, we have the builder's confirmation and a specialist contractor's declaration from the heating installer from the developer. What do I need now from the electrician so that the eligible Smart-Home components are recognized?

I finally wanted to upload my proof of use to BAFA for the payment of the subsidy, but I am encountering a challenge. We had the developer build, but for some eligible measures, there are separate contracts. In other words, I have to upload both the form "Confirmation by the developer" and individual invoices. Unfortunately, in the proof of use for BAFA, I have to select either "own management" or "developer." However, the fields to be filled out do not make sense for the other option.

Has anyone already submitted this combination? The BAFA hotline is unfortunately not reachable....

And what if you simply combine everything into one document?
There is surely a comment field where you can explain that again.
