That sounds good; we are still anxious because the delivery time of the heat pump is uncertain. No one wants to make a concrete statement there. My general contractor says no problem, referring to Corona etc., they will definitely extend it again. I'm not so sure about that...

It looks similar for us. There were only about 2 months between submitting the proof of use and the payment notification.

Unfortunately, Smart Home or KNX could not be funded for us. According to BAFA, this would only have been eligible for funding in the case of a renovation.

If you are still within the appeal period, I would tackle this immediately. They should better read their own information sheets. I am already preparing for further correspondence, but for some, it went through on the first attempt.

I understood the information sheets the same way and therefore inquired at BAFA both by email and several times by phone about how I can provide proof of smart home. The result was always the same: All the employees I spoke to said that this is not possible for a new build...

Do you happen to have more information on this? What do I need from the electrician so that the eligible smart home components are recognized?

So I am still waiting for my notice myself, but I have been following the discussions on the topic with great interest over the past few months. I am currently on the go and can't check. However, I remember that had to file an objection twice, I think, but it was ultimately paid. He then summarized for Bafa again how the specified sensors and actuators ultimately support the heating control. Lighting does not count, but otherwise you can come up with a good story for many components. Even window contacts which actually have no effect on a sluggish underfloor heating system. The invoice must either list the individual prices of the components or your electrician must add a sentence stating the total amount of the eligible costs.

You are confusing me, my application including KNX went through directly without inquiry.
