I also submitted a BAFA application yesterday as a precaution even though we have not yet decided on the construction company, let alone the specific heat pump. It must be submitted explicitly before commissioning, so withdrawing later should not be a problem. Hello Rodgers, may I ask what the key data of the entries are? I have now done the same, with the following data: costs €22,500 + incidental costs €14,300. (Viessmann with 5.76 kW) Unfortunately, it is very difficult to get any offers as all are fully booked and several weeks of waiting time are mentioned. Briefly about our key data: single-family house, city villa, living space 171 m², solar thermal (possibly heat recovery) + Erwärme, separate trade contracts, KS + WDVS KFW 55, planning by architect, groundbreaking March/April '21 --> 15 min from the new or THAT Tesla factory. :)
For a KfW 40 with 160 m² with Stiebel Eltron LWZ 5 S Plus it would be about €26,000 + €7,800 incidental costs according to a forum, I have not obtained offers for the air-water heat pump, I would state it like that. The case does not seem to be that simple after all to wait for financing until 1.7. and to sign the contract soon because apparently in the new KfW funding the project start is also changing from construction start to contract signing. So actually the only option is to try now with BAFA and old KfW. That just fits perfectly again.
