Thank you all for your tips and answers.

Two things are actually new insights for me:
1) In addition to the thickness of the wear layer, the number of wear layers
2) Gluing instead of floating installation

I imagine "wood" to be more pleasant underfoot, although anthracite tiles look more modern to me just by looking at them. Instead of wood-look tiles, I would probably need parquet with a tile look.

Ah, the nice thing about such forums is that everyone can have their own opinion. The effort of sanding is just big (clearing everything out, controlling the dust, paying for the working time, sealing the surface). Why shouldn’t one simply lay something new after X years with moderate extra effort? Maybe the better half even demands it? Isn’t that how the whole laminate area works (after a certain time everything out, junk, completely new)? Ultimately, that (the thickness of the wear layer) is one aspect among others, and I only mean that it shouldn’t be overvalued. You’re welcome to laugh about that.

The trade offers various kinds under this title. I would link to Wikipedia ... The definition there leaves room for interpretation. Do you know it then and will enlighten me?

Then drop a hard heavy object on them. Or let dirt get into the grout.

Parquet flooring strips are classically made entirely from solid wood sticks. And indeed, it is as you write, only that what you mean is a multi-layer strip parquet.

With the new floor, everything has to be removed as well, and glued floors also create a lot of dirt (sanding dust is vacuumed once, then the respective rooms can be additionally sealed dust-free), and ultimately there are plenty of types of parquet that have to be oiled anyway after installation.

Sorry, but you assume more than you know about it... not to mention the costs.

But this is rather a typical statement from the throwaway society – you get a parquet floor precisely because it lasts for decades and can be refinished multiple times.

Does the glued version automatically mean that the planks are not connected to each other and that individual planks could be replaced if necessary due to damage? Is that "technically" possible? Are there then problems with color variations?

There are different types of parquet. Some have tongue and groove, others do not. Technically, it is possible to replace individual planks both with and without tongue and groove. One should expect color variations, but these should not be noticeable due to the already different planks. Incidentally, this also applies to laminate and vinyl planks.
