Construction company halts work despite overpayment

Well, carpenters and roofers are completely different trades and require employees with completely different training. No carpenter learns to roof in their training. But a painter does learn to wallpaper.

So the company that is there now is definitely only building the roof truss. I have already inquired about that. I rather suspect that he is short on cash and that's why no one is taking the contract. After all, he had to bear all the costs caused by the construction interruption and the legal dispute.
