If it was in the right places, you could market the horror story as a book: "the GU diet" :)

The new one only took care of the injunction matter. The rest then went through the old one again. Although he gave me a lecture for that call, I didn't care. He himself had said that everything would be over with the second company formation. We had nothing left to lose anyway. The call was the trigger; apparently, someone got into serious trouble at home. I have to add, his wife is the manager of a social institution. That doesn't fit well.

No, thanks, it wasn't that nice. I'd rather go to the fitness center.

It is so bad that clients are so poorly protected ... unfortunately, nothing has changed in this for decades ... [GU pleite], new company: on we go

That's the really terrible thing. You stand there completely alone. When it became known about the second company, we asked the court to move the hearing forward due to suspicion of insolvency, no chance. You can only watch as everything goes down the drain. The second point was that I actually wanted to attend the court hearing and get a verdict. But no: if you don't settle, you cause work for the judges and then they have to issue a ruling, justify it, and even dictate it. And you never win when you cause a judge extra work. That's what my lawyer said. What can you do?

We officially no longer have a rule of law in Germany. But unfortunately, this also applies to other areas; the law is no longer enforced by the judiciary.
