Thank you for this constructive and substantial contribution. With this superior argumentation, one can immediately see how mature you are compared to everyone else here.

Take a look at the Bauherren-Schutzbund (or google it first), they might be able to help.

Hello, after a long nail-biting wait we can now breathe again. The BU agreed to a settlement 2 weeks before the court date and has been continuing construction since the beginning of October. The DG is fully bricklayed and tomorrow the roof truss will be delivered. There are occasional problems because he does not provide an implementation plan and apparently there isn't one at all, but our external site manager is taking care of that. The completion date is scheduled for the end of March.

If the roof is only coming now, the end of March is very tight, not achievable. But I'm glad to hear from you. Wishing you continued luck/success and don’t fixate on the end of March.

Thank you. The completion date according to the settlement is 30.11.19, which is completely unrealistic. But from this date, the contractual penalty applies, as also regulated in the settlement - after all, almost €1000 per week. Therefore, it should be in the interest of the BU to finish quickly. In the meantime, he has also (had to) hand over to us a performance bond in the amount of 5%. So it looks quite good, I think.
