But from this date, the contractual penalty applies, as also regulated in the settlement - after all, almost €1000 per week. Therefore, it should be in the interest of the BU to finish quickly. In the meantime, he has also (had to) hand over to us a performance bond in the amount of 5%. So it looks quite good, I think.
