I still don’t quite follow. Why would either party have no interest in resolving the conflict?
well, if the contractor knows he can’t really save it anymore, a strategy would be to reject everything outright from his side.....
You seem to have more background knowledge than I/we do. Has the opposing side refused direct contact?
see above and besides, the OP surely doesn’t enjoy writing something like this in a forum.
Apparently not, otherwise he wouldn’t comment publicly on the whole thing. I hadn’t noticed that the name of the construction company continuing the work had already been mentioned here. He seemingly only tries to present his point of view; whether it is accurate, I cannot and do not want to judge. But to fundamentally forbid someone from speaking or to label differing accounts without knowledge of the objective facts as "stinking" and "cowardly," I find, well, presumptuous.
Behind a monitor – so also as a pseudo – it’s easier to deflect. The aim here might possibly be that the company’s reputation is not damaged. I stand by it, it is cowardly. PS: Does my botched job seller see my text? Then feel free to get in touch and create a new account, no worries, I can prove everything :) .
