I, Blödföhn, also brought coffee and tea to the construction site until I realized that a 10-minute coffee break with a cigarette and later another coffee and cigarette (it was a large pump pot) cost me almost 100 € (5x20 min.) and by that I don't mean the coffee.

Your calculation is honorable, but where do you think they prefer to work, at the aunt who brings the tea or at the one who only comes to check? Accordingly, the work is done, unfortunately this is the case on most construction sites.

Haven't you been given a total/cost breakdown of what the completion by this construction team will cost? You have to end up somewhere in the end. Otherwise, it's best to talk to the boss personally and ask him to give it to you in writing.

I stand by it: sell the whole planer, go back to renting, accept the 50k€ loss and recover. Sometimes you just have to make a cut and leave what happened behind. What do you think, how and when will this be finished? And this has nothing to do with "giving up," but simply removing an unpleasant thing from your world.

This is not about completion yet, but about the replacement performance of the unfinished masonry work.
The following breakdown is provided:
Scaffolding assembly and disassembly 3 days 5 workers = 15 man-days
Knee wall bricking 1 day 2 workers = 2 man-days
Wooden formwork attic 2 days 3 workers = 6 man-days
Gable masonry 3 days 3 workers = 9 man-days
Ceiling joints basement and ground floor 2 days 2 workers = 4 man-days
Masonry door and heating circuit distributor 1 day 1 worker = 1 man-day
Finish concrete beam and partition wall 1 day 2 workers = 2 man-days
Walls holes and joints sealing 3 days 2 workers = 6 man-days
Finish interior walls 3 days 2 workers = 6 man-days
The remaining time consists of small jobs, so that in total 440 hours = 55 man-days result. In addition, €10,000 (net) materials.

If I continue with this company, for sure. But we still have €300,000 available and alternatives.

I find all of this way too high calculated. I can’t assess the interior walls, but gable masonry easily goes with 1 day & 2 men / and less, scaffolding assembly and disassembly is each 1 day & 3 men. Ceiling and wall joints are nothing for an expensive mason / shell builder but for the cheaper painter (if the precast ceilings are laid properly, the painter will close the ceiling joints alone in one day).

Your learning curve is really non-existent. Otherwise, it fits for the contractor, 15 man-days are in the offer for the scaffolding and he apparently wants to charge for that too.
