I would seek a second opinion from another lawyer. They are not beyond all doubt. Therefore, I don't understand your trustfulness – you might basically be making a similar mistake as with the construction company again.

I hope you didn't skimp on the lawyer. Have you gotten a second opinion, not from the same profession? One thing is clear, no lawyer will finish building the house.

2. Opinion already obtained, as I was also skeptical. The procedure was confirmed to me in this way. Every judge would be glad if he/she did not have to issue a verdict and then have to deal with the justification of the verdict. Therefore, always strive for a settlement or make sure that there are not the slightest doubts that anything was missed to reconcile them. I just find that sad. But that is well known, having the right and getting the right are two different things. In our case, unfortunately, it probably will not get better even if we were to be right.
