Interesting, a new member and immediately writing the first post in the thread?

What’s strange about having problems with two companies right away, can’t that happen? An acquaintance had to take four tile setters, he did nothing wrong, there were simply many fake tile setters around.

Regarding the site door, yes, that was a wish, but it should not have been built carelessly.

And the pictures lie too?

Partner of the general contractor?

Something’s fishy here again.... :-)

That's true, pictures don't lie and a contract always involves two

so what happens next?

Please explain to me what stinks here when someone appears who possibly represents the opposing side? It would be strange if the parties then conduct correspondence through a public forum. But it would fit well with the thread.

If you are on your construction site every morning and afternoon (and I mean every day from day 1) and see that 2 men can build a shell with a watertight basement in exactly 9 weeks, then you also realize that both gable walls can be erected by 2 men in one day, you smart aleck, because ripping off laymen is really nonsense!

Documented especially for you with dates. Note that the upper floor ceiling had not even been poured on the 16th! Oh yes, the chimney was also being built up at the same time.

So you’re not only a blabbermouth, but also one of the slow kind. No wonder the OP also messed up with the second subcontractor.

And since I’m having so much fun exposing you, the roof was on on the 21st!

...and what did the OP get from the second subcontractor in the same period? 4 man-days of filling holes for €2700! Really cool, right not.

Also cool that you can never have problems with 2 construction companies (-: I've never heard that either.... Construction company 2 says: no way, you already had problems with 1, so now I'm very nice
