What is the name of the show on RTL2 again where they finish building such houses? Maybe apply there?

In principle, I do not find "preiswert" offensive, unlike "billig". As of today, I can say: Neither professional nor preiswert!

RTL is too sensationalistic for me. But I have actually already tried MDR, though without success. I would love to report him for fraud, but the lawyer says it wouldn't look good in court. I don't understand the world anymore.

The first mistake was the overpayment. You won’t get out of that anymore

If Company 1 goes bankrupt, eventually personal bankruptcy and possibly the liability of the managing director will follow.
The gentleman will lose the craftsmen and subs. Some of them will probably follow into bankruptcy. Par. 130 to 134 Inso

How much of your money you will see again is questionable

I would avoid completion with the company.
- the defects will be worked off
- the wrong basement remains the wrong one
- work will be done more carefully, especially with regard to loss of business partners. The subs will not get better
- how long will it go well? When will he want money again because something is missing
etc.

I would consider whether there is still potential for savings, e.g. elimination of [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] and [Fensterfalzlüftung], cancellation of the children’s bathroom, garage
What can be done by own work

Look for another construction company to finish the construction

Talk to the bank. They are not interested in an unfinished house with defects.
Waiver of interest, additional financing, etc. Someone here can certainly still give you tips.

Unfortunately, the [Räuber] is no longer active. Maybe someone can establish contact. [Räuber] also had some problems

It will work out. Keeping my fingers crossed for you

I hate to say it, but you probably won’t find anyone who will finish an unfinished shell construction (and if you do, certainly only excluding all warranty claims…). This is a shitty situation and I really hope you come out of it with just a black eye. The construction company is probably a GmbH?

Couldn't the lawyers agree that the construction work is limited to just the basement, since it is already under construction? You make sure that this basement is completed so far, and for the remaining work you look for a new provider who will then continue "from OK basement ceiling"?
