I believe there are clearly two sides and that you are never to blame, I honestly find that unrealistic. You have put on wonderful blinders and want to push the project through at all costs. When someone sees things differently, you literally dig in your heels.

: Please explain to me what two sides there are when someone claims something, but those he names as witnesses say it was not like that.

Please stop the childish behavior now and focus on your house construction project. Reflect on your mistakes, which surely were numerous, and learn from them for the further building of the house. Don't waste any more energy on the two, it doesn't help...

Tick everything off and move on.

so regarding the scaffolding and the associated or not associated orders, it simply seems to me that there were misunderstandings at that moment and probably both perspectives could be understood if one were to read a conversation transcript. Therefore, I would really not attack the BU on this point. He simply seems to have perceived it differently and verbal orders do indeed occur quite often. Use your energy rather for the completion of the house

He probably will not claim anything that he cannot prove. I cannot imagine that much criminal energy. What happens next?
