Make sure that it is not done slapdash and carelessly

03/2020 still doesn't work in my opinion, but I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

And being quick is certainly positive - time pressure, because otherwise financial damage threatens, can also end in sloppy carelessness with work and materials. So always keep a careful eye on your construction work.

As I said, don’t get hung up on that! The subcontractors can only work. We had no downtime and, according to your schedule, would have finished by mid-May.

Our roof arrived at the end of December, and we moved in at the beginning of July.

Our external site manager is on site daily, sometimes even up to 3 times a day. We have already had forgotten doors, missing steel reinforcements and concrete supports, and the like. We can rely on him. I hope that we can get the house watertight (roof, windows, doors) by the end of the year, that would be great. And then finally dry out the basement and the ground floor, which have now been standing in water for 1 year. After what we had to go through with this construction company, we no longer commit to anything.

Then it's good. The screed also needs to be dry. Until then, not much can really be done.

The screed is supposed to come at the beginning of February and then a 2-week break or [Außenputz]. Can someone tell me when the kitchen measurement can be done? We have kept postponing it for over 10 months now. But they need 12 weeks from the measurement to delivery. In the end, the house will be finished, but no kitchen there . Kitchen measurement before or after screed?
