Maybe she will become a new unofficial ally if she comes up empty-handed ;) Just listen carefully to see if she still represents the dead company.

Me too with my clinker brick seller ... he does both online and on-site sales.

Hands off!!! It's 50:50.

Well, first you could publish a review with the name here in the forum. The forum already has a strong Google presence, I think. So whoever searches for the company should come across your report. It is important to only state facts and not get personal. You can have the whole thing checked by a lawyer to avoid a cease and desist with the wording. Posting a review directly on Google should also be possible if the site is registered as a company on Google. Then you'd have to see where else you can publish reviews – Yellow Pages, Facebook, "Kennst Du einen" and so on.

You should first protect your interests before boasting publicly. I also consider the current naming of the company here to be questionable, especially with regard to the forum rules. That is actually what the moderated forum is for, where appropriate evidence is required before publication.

or completely harmless posts, without any mention of names, simply not being published.

I don't always agree with the rules here either, but there is simply a "house rule". Take it or leave it.
