In court, it’s like on the high seas. The builder is not doing this for the first time and has more endurance. This can go on for years.

No, the thread serves perfectly as a negative example. No sympathy, it was predictable. You can't save anything anymore either. The OP has to push the construction forward, litigation is a secondary matter.

I don't think I'm really trusting anymore. I bother the lawyer (specializing in construction law and lecturer at a university) almost daily. Requested rescheduling of the court date - denied. I check the insolvency announcements daily. I am also trying to locate victims through this company. Report commissioned. What else can I do????

I would say the same. Either call everything off or get money and look for companies that will continue building. What exactly do you still expect from the company?

I see it differently, I don't want that guy to get away with it. What kind of justice is that? He pockets the money and we're the fools? Not with me!
