To get back to the topic: On Wednesday, the construction status determination was actually supposed to take place. The BU did not come. His lawyer was there and informed us about the sale of the company and said that a representative of the new managing director would come. HahaHa! In the end, she wasn't even sure if her client was still her client. Well, the fact is that nothing more is to be expected from that side. My lawyer sent me the sales documents. They state that the new managing director is not proficient in the German language and that the contractual purchase agreement outside the deed was agreed upon without the involvement of the notary, contrary to the notary's recommendation. My research showed that, at the same address, 18 other companies from all over Germany that were purchased in the last 3 months, all staffed with Polish managing directors, are located. Car dealerships etc., it should be a real commercial park, no, it’s a GmbH graveyard. I am currently preparing the criminal complaint, but I am waiting to file it until the enforcement at court is completed. And the ex-BU has meanwhile built a nice website with his second company ([Stadt-Land-Massivhaus GmbH in Taucha]) and advertises his great houses. .....disgusting! The contact person found is a specialist consultant, the BU's name is only in the imprint. Where this sudden restraint comes from?

GmbH graveyard is original. The shifting of the company is quite normal. There won’t be anything to gain from this.

How can someone have a lawyer’s license and not be able to verify their own mandate?

Presumably, the mandate also transferred to the new company with the sale. And I can imagine that they too are looking into the void at the new company.

Also still in my neighborhood! I am appalled. After the disputes are settled, I would be spontaneously willing to support a call for a boycott of the new company.

How could one best do this? I definitely want to warn future builders about this company without necessarily getting a cease and desist order myself. Because they have already tried that in the past.
