Of course we will not inform him of that. There is no communication between us and the BU, only through the lawyers.

Then I just have to hope that no representative of the opposing side is reading here.

And if so, then he knows my opinion. Besides, I am not the employer, but my children are.

But you still seem deeply involved in the matter if you always say "we." I guess there has been a lot of communication between the children and the construction company, of which only the whispering game can report on the content. At least, are the children reading along here?

We also warned you against badmouthing the contractor.

Belief is something for the church. In matters of justice, personal feelings and emotions have no place; it is purely about the (here vague) facts.

Regarding the facts, I am currently most interested in what Mayrch posted:

Yes, he has. He submitted a request to the court, which has not yet been answered. My children have no communication regarding the BU; so far, everything has been handled through me with the power of attorney from my children. Of course, I am deeply involved in the matter because it is my money that is at stake here.

Dear Hausbau2019, I understand your situation very well and I sympathize with you, but such slips like this one here are simply not acceptable:

Of course, such a statement can happen in the heat of the moment, but if you are already typing such stupid childish defiant announcements here, what will you do in personal conversations, or even in court, if the opposing party twists a fact?

Sorry if I have to complain harshly again now, but after all these months the emotions should have cooled down a bit and it should be clear to YOU, not your children, that now objectivity is the top priority.
