We have asked ourselves so many times why the BU reacts the way it does. There simply was no logical explanation, instead there were further delays, defects, disappointments, and in the end a total rip-off. At the latest after signing the contract, any normally thinking person would have said, I’ll finish this thing as quickly as possible and with the appropriate quality, so that I finally get rid of them (us). But no, the opposite was the case.
I had the same with my clinker:
- Sales talk was super friendly
- The first time "possible complaint" was mentioned, the friendliness from the salesperson disappeared, what did he do instead? Answer: completely withdrew.
But it will have consequences, although I’d most like to challenge him to sparring :) .
Therefore, a "zero-tolerance policy" should also be introduced for them; everything should be expropriated or frozen.
