This is (not only) a high moral standard in this context, which I and certainly most forum members approve of. However, you should also demand this standard from the BU. Maybe you can achieve something for the thread starter and mediate.

Kaninchens1's discussion posts I found quite intense. First, he argues with "you hear a lot" and "pretty obvious" and then he prefers to eat a pizza, doesn't know anything anymore, and has absolutely nothing to do with the BU. Who believes that. Also strange is the age change from yesterday 50 to today 54, someone wants to conceal their identity. The sentence also irritates me: "If I shouldn't be scared of your threats that you publish here ...." What threats (on my part) should the completely clueless and uninvolved Kaninchen be scared of?

I understood DerGesellige's post as criticism of Kaninchen1. Or am I wrong?

We have asked ourselves so many times why the BU reacts the way it does. There was simply no logical explanation, instead there were further delays, deficiencies, disappointments, and ultimately a complete rip-off. At the latest after the contract was signed, a normally thinking person would have said, I’ll finish the thing as quickly as possible and with the appropriate quality so that I finally get rid of (us). But no, the opposite was the case.

It was criticism, yes ;) If you're not able to earn your money in a sensible way, you should think about it. From a human point of view, it's just disgusting...

I had the same with my clinker:

- Sales talk was super friendly
- The first time "possible complaint" was mentioned, the friendliness from the salesperson disappeared, what did he do instead? Answer: completely withdrew.

But it will have consequences, although I’d most like to challenge him to sparring :) .

Therefore, a "zero-tolerance policy" should also be introduced for them; everything should be expropriated or frozen.
