No matter how construction proceeds: defects will occur again, additional costs will arise again, there will be occasional avoidable stoppages, .... without the insight of the TE, a certain degree of solution orientation and acceptance of changes to the ideal image of the house is necessary, otherwise it will continue the same way again and again. However, if the insight does come, there is nothing to prevent continuing to build with the current GÜ. A hopeless situation.

I can't shake the suspicion that this is a teacher's family because of the stubbornness and self-centeredness. I mean purely from the principled stance and naivety ("Wir werden sicherlich vor Gericht Recht bekommen und gewinnen")... sorry to say that.

Sorry but what kind of nonsense is that?

I don't mean a general contractor, but as written, a "shell builder". Their order books are already partially full until the middle of next year! Now looking for someone because you think you can continue building in spring (you can do that), but from gut feeling, that won't work either. Because I suspect that the original poster does not have qualified documents to present to a "new shell builder". He won't get the documents from the current general contractor during ongoing proceedings either. The starting position is simply not like with , where apparently they parted on good terms or had to separate, and only the foundation or floor slab was in place. Also, whether the original poster would win in court, I would doubt after some more nuanced comments on the matter here in the forum. But whatever...

You are getting carried away with assumptions here, if it weren't so sad, it would be almost laughable. And no, we are not a family of teachers. Meanwhile, I have also found other affected builders as well as unpaid subcontractors who are also suing the BU. So it is not stubbornness on our part, but a business tactic of the BU. After an acceptance, he supposedly said according to the now suing subcontractor: If they knew what defects they have here. Meanwhile, they know it, the house is tilting. So thank you very much for your comments. If interested, I will provide information about the outcome.

The issue with the insulation in the basement shows me how unprofessional and hopeless this developer is. Something like that shouldn't even happen to an intern. I therefore believe you 100% that you ended up with a company with very large deficiencies in execution and probably also in communication.
