A completely different question, can someone tell me why my post (on another topic that is being moderated) was not published and I didn't even get a message about it? I didn't write anything that would justify it.

That has happened to me before as well; I will quote – each time in excerpts – from my inquiry to the admin:
I do not conduct correspondence about deleting content.
As AdminMod, this is how I handle it:
- Discussions / justifications
I don’t even start those, as they would mostly be endless;

- but I do give a very active member a hint about WHAT they did wrong – that helps to avoid it in the future.
[a quote of my unpublished post followed]
There is nothing to object to about this post. As I said, I don’t know why it is gone.
Then I can repost it.
Thanks for the reply.

I then simply reposted the relevant post, and it remained there. Every admin has their own stance on this. I know some admin colleagues from forums on various topics: as people, they are all just as individually different as in real life as well. And ultimately, it is largely due to such cultural differences that the question to me, whether I wanted to moderate here, has remained unanswered until now. Elsewhere I was able to answer this promptly and have been actively involved there ever since.

Excerpt from the forum rules: "We reserve the right to change or delete posts and usernames without prior notice or reasons given. Users may then be warned or banned. No correspondence will be conducted regarding these actions! The enforcement of the forum rules and terms and conditions is at our sole discretion."

This is not just written there, but actively practiced. I can confirm that.

I advised the client to have the described procedure reviewed by a lawyer. Well, moderators are only human too....... Thank you for your answers.

I have already been banned from this forum for several weeks. For what? No idea.

But I think it’s because I don’t sugarcoat giving a loan of 450k to every person with 5k net income. On the contrary.

And my aversion to the topic of the Energy Saving Ordinance and references from Konrad Fischer, regarding exemption from the Energy Saving Ordinance.

This post will probably be deleted again and I will be banned forever.

We'll see.

In any case, I wish the OP lots of luck and all the best!!!

There are very strict rules here, we have all probably experienced that! It often doesn't help the questioners, but that's how it is. Thats the rules!
