Now there is something that all voyeurs, as guckuck2 calls them, can enjoy and rub their hands about, and the ex-BU in particular (if he is following this here):

Dear Mrs. …..,
We have taken note of your extraordinary termination.
We cannot understand the reasons for your argumentation, as your claims are simply not true.
On 20.08., you already gave my colleague Mrs. ... the verbal order for the inspection and the construction supervision support of Mr. ….
My keen interest in the construction process with Mr. Z... and its progress is still present and remains unchanged. No one here denies that.
You yourself asked me on Friday, 31.01.2020, to interrupt the order and freely terminated it on 07.02.2020.
Before placing the order, you asked me to leave the scaffolding up for all our services. Since we had already offered the roof and facade, you agreed that these services would also be awarded to us.
There are witnesses to this (last conversation with Mrs. …, where plenty of people were present). Any external use was excluded at all times, as no provision was offered.
Regarding the construction door, I refer to what has already been written. We removed it yesterday morning at your request. Why a site security, which you additionally demanded, was unusable is unknown to us.
You must surely have noticed that there was a storm last week. As already mentioned, it had wind force 11. Therefore, we are not liable for any possible damages to the house.
I consider your offer to settle the invoice a joke; April 1st is still some time away.
We will collect our scaffolding on Monday and then issue the final invoice.
Since you are not willing to provide a reasonable solution to settle our invoice, we will then pursue this at the appropriate level.
Furthermore, you obviously do not have the means to pay us or you did not want to. We will examine this in this context as to how far we will pursue it further.
We hereby once again demand that you cease spreading untruths about us and threatening me/us further.
This is equivalent to a cease and desist order. But you already have experience with that.
With highest respect

Besides, we received mail from the court yesterday. By order, it was determined that the former construction company must pay us the additional costs for completing the house amounting to €130,000 as an advance payment. That sounds quite good at first, and two months ago we would have been very happy about it, but since the company is "sold" and now just a shell company, it is only a piece of paper and probably does us no good at the moment. The opposing attorney has withdrawn her mandate because her client (buyer) is unreachable and apparently the old one is out of the matter. Is this still normal??????

Regarding my penultimate post, I still have to say that he is completely crazy. I myself wonder how it is possible to mess up twice in a row like this and whether it might be because of oneself, but I get confirmation from others (construction supervisor, planner) that it is not us/me, but that we really just have bad luck. He refers to witnesses saying that we had verbally given him the orders for the roof and facade, although we don't even have an offer from him for the facade. I talked to the people he refers to, and they also say that the orders were not discussed at all. He had said that the scaffolding would remain until the end of the construction measure. External use was not excluded (because it was not even mentioned), and if no retention was offered, I wonder how the €10,000 material costs in the offer for the replacement masonry work (which included the scaffolding) add up. How is it possible to deal with construction companies twice in a row who act like this and twist the facts? I have only one explanation: the two have a common past (the former contractor was once employed by the now also former contractor – but there were massive differences), same age, same place of residence, the wives are colleagues – all of this is proven, now my guess – either it is contagious or there is something wrong with the drinking water there ! Or do you automatically become like that when you are the GF of a construction company? That you then mutate into Donald Duck and only think about money bills. I hope not!

Small correction, Scrooge McDuck only thinks about money, so please no untruths about Donald. Consider this a cease and desist! ;)

Wishing you continued strength and power!

Right, it was Dagobert. Now I have wronged Donald. And that in front of witnesses! I apologize profusely.
