Construction company halts work despite overpayment

My assumption is based on the fact that the company, if it is the defendant, may no longer be able/willing/must comply with its obligations/commitments from the proceedings.

Also, nothing has been found on the Internet so far about this company or another company established at the same time with the same managing director (of Polish descent). It certainly remains exciting.
