My lawyer unfortunately does not see it that way. I was explicitly reprimanded today that I am not allowed to speak negatively about the BU until the trial. I don't really understand it and it also makes me quite angry.

The lawyer has been trying to reach a settlement for almost 4 months. If there are points to clarify, we respond within 1 to max. 2 days, the other party then responds after about 2 to 4 weeks. This is pure delay tactics.
