I am happy for you that the court has decided this way. Good luck

The judgment is, in my opinion, unfortunately worth nothing. The company will not be able to pay the money, even if it wanted to. Leave the [Krempel] behind you, find a reasonable construction supervision, create a concept, and then choose the appropriate companies.

For the future, from now on only accept written offers even if it takes longer and have them checked for reasonableness by your expert. No more hourly rate offers and ideally don’t decide anything yourself anymore :p. Pay someone who can do it and that’s that.

Perhaps smaller orders would be sensible, instead of awarding everything to one? That could spread the further risk.

The case occupies my thoughts a bit more, so I have gone through the last 15 pages again to see what the problem was that led to the new discord. I only found: - Invoice felt too high - Key to the construction door was missing Is that really all? The minor storm damages must have occurred only after the termination.

I think the bill is not just feeling too high. And now that he claims I commissioned him with the roof and exterior plaster in the presence of witnesses and therefore no third-party use of the scaffolding is possible, is really awful. That was the actual problem, that he said he would dismantle the scaffolding again because third-party use is out of the question. That was not agreed upon. The agreement was that the scaffolding would remain in place throughout the entire construction period. Another point is that we are both victims of the 1st BU and have had multiple phone calls in the past (since summer 2019) during which he developed rather strange ideas and tried to use me as a pawn, which partly succeeded. However, his desire for revenge went too far in some places. Now he wants to charge me for this time (he states 60 hours) as expert hours and denies being the mastermind. Those would be my "figments of imagination."
