BAFA funding - experiences with payout duration?

Now we have supposedly submitted the wrong form for the specialist contractor declaration for the ST .... yet we were sure we had the correct form, does anyone have a tip here? There are supposedly 3 forms that could all fit. The application was January 2023. Calling or emailing the Bafa is apparently pointless.... the instructions from the letter on how to get to the correct form lead nowhere.

Caution, trap:

- the first specialist enterprise blabla from the heating engineer was also the wrong one for us - however, I noticed that in time before I had sent everything off together. At that time, it only had two pages...

- the "correct" one is the one you received with your grant notice (5 pages) - and only that one. Interestingly, although it is much longer, it hardly has any more relevant pages for our application (heat pump). However, these contain (don’t let me lie – 3?) additional points to be checked, which then cause the trouble.

Yes, unfortunately the original and the letter got lost during the construction phase. God, I am so annoyed by this matter.

Today we actually reached the processor by phone, who emailed us the correct form. The plumber also filled it out right away, and I was able to upload it to Bafa again today. So that went pretty quickly after all. And for those who are interested. The form is called "Fachunternehmererklärung für Anlagen zur Wärmeerzeugung - Heizungstechnik", 5 pages long.

Brief update. The amount was transferred to me yesterday. So from 18.01 to 18.03, exactly two months. I have not received a letter by mail regarding the payment yet. Maybe it will still come.

Did the status in the portal change to "paid out" beforehand, or did the money just arrive? You will surely still receive the mail. It is often the case with the tax office that the refund arrives before the notification.
