That looks quite plausible.
There is almost nothing plausible about it, since Danwood is a prefab house builder who constructs their houses including exterior plaster and structural engineering costs, and also includes construction management.
Family house with 110 m2 and list price 245k should be the basis
Honestly? I don’t know the current scope of services. As far as I know, I don’t know if you are managing with 0€ sanitary and 0€ tiling work. If I take a quick look at the Danwood Family page, I quickly see that no interior doors are included in the house, but the plaster definitely is. Therefore, I don’t understand your list at all.
The basic data all come from the neighbor who built with another manufacturer.
The manufacturer does not matter for the connection costs. You contact the waterworks and power suppliers of the municipality and you get the costs down to the penny.
But I am more concerned with determining, based on your experience, whether the budget is basically sufficient or if I have misinterpreted or forgotten something important.
Well, you should definitely do rework. Quite a bit is misinterpreted. There is a big difference whether you have to pay 800€ or 8000€ for the connections. Kitchen and photovoltaic are two different things and have their own costs. Construction electricity and construction water are missing. We also don’t know if you want to lay the floors yourself. A craftsman costs money, how much depends on the region. We know nothing about the plot (difficulties, slope). Many costs depend on the plot. And as already said: there is a specific Danwood thread here where you should ask your question.
