That looks quite plausible. The architect could be cheaper, as could the foundation slab if done by yourself. Doesn’t Danwood do the structural engineering for the slab? Danwood also does plastering, right?

As said, for electricity, telephone, and water I would calculate 8-12k. You will get ripped off nicely there.

There is almost nothing plausible about it, since Danwood is a prefab house builder who constructs their houses including exterior plaster and structural engineering costs, and also includes construction management. Honestly? I don’t know the current scope of services. As far as I know, I don’t know if you are managing with 0€ sanitary and 0€ tiling work. If I take a quick look at the Danwood Family page, I quickly see that no interior doors are included in the house, but the plaster definitely is. Therefore, I don’t understand your list at all. The manufacturer does not matter for the connection costs. You contact the waterworks and power suppliers of the municipality and you get the costs down to the penny. Well, you should definitely do rework. Quite a bit is misinterpreted. There is a big difference whether you have to pay 800€ or 8000€ for the connections. Kitchen and photovoltaic are two different things and have their own costs. Construction electricity and construction water are missing. We also don’t know if you want to lay the floors yourself. A craftsman costs money, how much depends on the region. We know nothing about the plot (difficulties, slope). Many costs depend on the plot. And as already said: there is a specific Danwood thread here where you should ask your question.

Absolute construction laymen falling for a Danwood, that is almost a causal connection. This is a provider whose advertising examples apparently succeed in giving the impression that the non-inclusive items in the price examples are more or less only a stone’s throw away, making building still affordable. Better take a look at models from less economy-marked providers – that sets the perspective straight. Viebrockhaus, for example, has a wide range of catalog models with regionally differentiated list prices. 245k : 3k results in little over 80 sqm – quite sufficient for two people. The turnkey final price is only noticeably lower if you really have extraordinarily below-average demands (shower with hose shower and foot-lift entry, single garage doors as ribbed manually operated up-and-over doors, terrace French door, floor tiles 30x30, ...). Where do absolute construction laymen get the competence to assess a "good building plot"?

Good nowadays means there is one and it is affordable. But I can already see that the forum here, like many online forums, is simply great, there is constructive criticism, truly detailed suggestions for improvements, and thus perfect added value. Maybe I will still find a moderator who deletes this thread or responds to a request regarding this to the email address in the [Impressum]. Thank you very much.
