Please excuse me for having to ask you again, this topic has occupied me almost the entire afternoon ...

The guideline, which forms the legal basis for the BAFA funding, came into force on January 1, 2020, and is supposed to be valid until December 31, 2021, so the funding itself should still be available?

I also could not find any indications on the BAFA website itself regarding an expiration in 2020, only that from 2021 onwards the BEG is supposed to be responsible for the funding ...

It is really crazy how complicated it is to access funding when you want to build energy-efficiently ...

Thank you for your reply!

We have already discussed this here as well:

For (building KfW 40 Plus with air-water heat pump) this means, conversely, that the old BAfA subsidy is no longer worthwhile for us.

Old BAfA + old KfW 40 Plus when applying until 31.12.2020 (BAfA) or until 30.06.2021 (KfW):
BAfA subsidy: approx. 10,000 EUR
KfW 40 Plus subsidy: 30,000 EUR
---------------------------------------
Total subsidy 40,000 EUR

New KfW 40 Plus when applying from 01.07.2021 as part of BEG:
KfW 40 Plus subsidy: 41,250 EUR (27.5% on 150,000 EUR)

Therefore, the subsidy would be 1,250 EUR higher.

For KfW 40/55 or a KfW 40 Plus with a brine-water heat pump, it is exactly the other way around. In these cases, I would urgently submit an application to BAfA.

Thank you. So hurry, because we will build like KfW55 with air-water heat pump.

But the new subsidies for KfW are only available from the middle of the year, right? I have already applied for the BAFA subsidy and I want to start building soon. That’s why waiting that long wouldn’t be an option in my case. Although I would find it nicer to get the subsidy as a grant without a KfW loan...

That’s exactly the catch with BAFA, that you have to submit the funding applications BEFORE the start of the measure. So in this case only from 01.07.2021 ... :(

You mean KfW, right?

Are there already official sources stating that the funding will increase from 07/01?
