That's the point. I can do everything in the own services except for insulation between rafters and am also not dependent on the craftsmen's prices regarding material costs.
That's why the questions about funding through the "tax bonus" (no idea how that works), because I wouldn't need (possibly expensive) energy consultants.

I had hoped that someone could share their experiences with me regarding energy-related measure funding VS energy-related measures in EL Two radiators are to be replaced by the heating technician: Type 33 designed for lower supply temperature.

For claims via the tax declaration, I still needed a certificate from the specialist company two years ago. I believe this is still the wrong type of funding for personal contributions.

You will not receive any funding for radiators alone. That does not reduce the energy consumption of the house.

Correction: The general craftsman service could be applied, so 20% of the pure labor costs are refunded.

Own work is supported by the BAFA, but unfortunately not through taxes. You can only get a refund via taxes if the work is carried out by a professional company. And it is always only one or the other, not two subsidies for the same measure at the same time. That is my understanding. For 2 radiators, the effort is probably not even worth it. But definitely for the rest. This year we are having some measures carried out, paying about €700 for the EEE and receiving around €5000 in subsidies from the BAFA. For example, we get 15% of our €4300 expensive front door subsidized, which we install ourselves. For larger projects, the money for the EEE or the effort via taxes is definitely worthwhile.

May I ask what you are planning regarding energy measures? How old is your house? Thank you.

From 1921 and we insulate the ground floor, install underfloor heating, then screed, tiles. New front door, new basement stair door, new interior plaster, some changes to the floor plan. And solar thermal. Except for tiles and interior plaster and possibly the basement stair door, all of this is eligible for funding. And of course not the new wall either.
