Also interesting will be plots that are still allowed to be built with a single-family house - here I think the designation of single-family house plots will be made more difficult from the green direction as it is not desired

In 2028, you’ll already have 10-15% more salary in your pocket. And you don’t have to be debt-free by retirement. Then the loan is just set for 20 years, not 10.

And what is often forgotten: Many will learn to do without. Then there just won’t be a second car anymore and no vacation either.

Before you lose the house, a lot really has to go wrong. By the way, you can also sell it yourself; it doesn’t have to go straight to foreclosure.

Such a foreclosure is not without risk for the bank either.

Unfortunately, that doesn’t help grandma who lives on a small pension in her house with pointless compulsory renovation measures. She already has enough to struggle with due to inflation. The few euros in subsidies from the EU or whoever else don’t save her. In the end, she will be dispossessed and pushed into a nursing home. Very sad, this new inhumane policy.

Well, if by 2033 efficiency class D must be achieved in the EU, then for many with houses built before 2000 this can already be financially draining to the last penny. Because then not only heating but also windows + insulation have to be replaced, and spending 50,000+ with a small pension is not something everyone can do.
